Employee Discounts with Ford A and Z Plans

Are you a Ford employee, retiree, or family member in Tiffin, OH? You could be eligible for special discounted pricing through the Ford A and Z Plan. Eligible Ford employees can generate up to four Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) per calendar year, which we use to apply the discount:

  • All current full-time hourly and salaried Ford employees

Retired Ford employees and their immediate family fall under the Z Plan:

  • Retirees
  • Spouse
  • Parents (including step-parents)
  • Spouse's parents
  • Grandparents
  • Spouse's grandparents
  • Sons and daughters (including in-laws and step-children)
  • Grandchildren
  • Brothers and sisters (including in-laws, half and step)
  • Same-sex domestic partners of active eligible employees
  • Immediate family members of eligible same-sex domestic partners

How to Use Your Ford A and Z Plan at Tiffin Ford

To take advantage of your Ford employee or affiliate discount, follow the steps below to confirm your eligibility and provide the documentation needed for our team members to apply your discount at the final sale or for your new lease agreement:

  1. Obtain your organization's Partner Recognition Code
  2. Retrieve a Personal Identification Number (PIN) online or by calling 1-877-XPLAN-00
  3. Visit Tiffin Ford and let our team members know you are eligible for a Ford employee pricing program
  4. Provide your PIN and social security number (SSN)
  5. Provide proof of employment or relationship with the Ford employee or affiliate
  6. Select your new Ford vehicle from our inventory
  7. Arrange delivery or drive home in your new Ford
