Ford Pickup & Delivery is a complimentary service that makes general maintenance and repairs convenient. Once your appointment is confirmed, we'll send a trusted driver to pickup your vehicle from your location of choice, trade your keys for a loaner if necessary, and bring your vehicle back to our service center. After our factory-trained Ford technicians complete maintenance, we'll drive your vehicle back to you, review your completed Repair Order (RO), and hand over the keys.
